Good afternoon,
I wanted to provide JH/HS parents with some information regarding the last couple days of school.
First - Wednesday May 15th at 11am - Secondary teachers will be handing out their yearly class awards. We would love to see as many parents at this event as possible! This will follow the elementary school awards at 10am. After lunch many of our JH/HS students will be assisting at the elementary field day during that afternoon.
Second - Thursday, May 16th will be the final day for all JH/HS students. Students will go through the checkout process and be released as soon as they have completed all their requirements. Please make sure your student has all computer accessories, books, uniforms and other school issued items turned in by this time. If your student is missing any item you may receive a bill from the office that details the replacement cost of the item if not located.
As mentioned previously, students will be released at the completion of their check out process. ALL STUDENTS must be off school grounds by 1:00pm on the last day of school. Buses will run for those students who will need a ride. Students who drive to school or wish to have their parents come get them may leave earlier as long as their checkout lists have been completed and signed by a school administrator.
