Hello Maverick Community,
I received the following email this morning from Mr. Carter who is the director of concessions at UNL. Unfortunately they have more volunteers than what they currently need.
I want you all to know how thankful I am for your willingness to help - while this is disappointing I am encouraged by the fact that so many people have expressed an interest in helping our athletic program take the next step to provide our student athletes and community with the best possible experience.
I will continue to seek out ways to raise funds outside the village. I know how much everyone gives to support us.
Thanks again for your willingness to serve. You are greatly appreciated.
