Hello,
Wanted to provide an update on our upcoming athletic fundraiser at the UNL spring football game.
First - we need all interested parties to make sure they sign up by Thursday April 18th (I need to give a finalized list by the 22nd.)
Second - if you do sign up you need to ensure you can fulfill your obligation. They require us to give all names of individuals working. This ensures our concession stands are fully manned and that we do not need to borrow from some other stand - (reminder we do get $100 per person we commit to working!)
Third - it will be an early morning and long day - The school is providing transportation for anyone that wants to come with us, but you can meet us there on the day of - just have to be in Lincoln by 8:00 am the morning of the 27th.
Dress code and other particulars will be listed below. I will be in touch with those who signed up as we get closer to the date. Please reach out to Mr. Johnson or Missy Kramer if you have any other questions (or want to sign up!)

What: Spring Game (April 27th)
Payment: $100 per person
Overview:
Memorial Stadium has a clear bag policy (only see-through bags allowed)
Volunteers that work at an event report 2.5 hours prior to kickoff. The average is a 6.5-hour commitment per football game.
Details:
Groups will work in a concession stand at Memorial Stadium.
Training will be provided. Details to follow.
Dress Code
Huskers shirt (Red Preferred). If not, then a plain red, white, or solid shirt. Not allowed to wear a shirt with any other sports team. Not allowed to have a direct competitor of Adidas. Ex: Nike, Under Armour, etc.
Jeans with no holes. Khaki Shorts that are appropriate length.
Close toe shoes only. Suggest comfortable shoes withstanding on concrete.
Food item and drink provided.
Job Duties:
Assist stand manager in counting inventory, setting up the stand, stocking, and preparing to open for business.
Greet guests, take orders, gather items, collect money, and thank guests.
The menu is streamlined for fast and efficient operation.
The job is fast paced and is fun when working as a team to provide the best service.
Assist in closing the stand. This includes cleaning, counting inventory, and organizing.
