Good afternoon Stapleton Public Schools Community,
There have been some questions and concerns regarding the protocol for dropping off and picking up students at our various bus stops.
Please understand that our drivers’ number one priority and obligation is to ensure your student’s safety from your vehicle to the bus and vice versa.
We ask that you comply with the requests from the bus drivers when they ask you to avoid parking in certain areas in and around the bus.
As you can see from the picture above there are areas of danger for the students and school property. Bus drivers are mandated to follow certain procedures to ensure the safety of students and equipment.
If there are questions or concerns I ask that you first follow the directions given by our drivers and then if you feel as if something needs to be address you can call me at the school or email me at jeremiah.johnson@stapletonschools.org.
